Pro Breeze Oil Filled Radiator with 11 Fins - Slim Electric Radiator - Portable Oil Heater with Built-in 24 Hour Timer, 3 Heat Settings, Adjustable Thermostat (White Radiator)

I purchased this item and to my surprise is brilliant heater, it gives off enough heat I don’t have to put the central heating on in the room, looks good and is very efficient heats up quickly good buy. I was going to buy a second one but when I went on line the price had increased.

It look literally two minutes to fix the wheels onto the bottom of the heater (I read the instructions carefully and examined the pieces before assembly). When I turned the heater upside -own to fix the castors you could hear the liquid inside draining through the system. After fixing the wheels and standing the heater the right way up it made the same noise (as expected with an oil-filled heater). It made a tiny crackling sound when we first used it (as it says in the instructions leaflet that same with it), but after that was silent to operate. The heater gets very hot very quickly - and after finding the right settings for the room, it did not need to be anywhere near the highest settings for our lounge - you can adjust it really easily and quickly simply by turning the dials. The timer is great because you can adjust the heater to one precisely when you want it to - and turn off and on again whenever you like - it's excellent and means you won't wake up or come in to a cold room. This is a medium to large seven-fin heater, capable of heating even a large lounge or bedroom perfectly well, and it can easily be pushed around the house. I carried it upstairs easily enough (make sure it's not hot first!), though I would not advise children or frail adults to try to carry it, for safety. The heater itself is excellent - perfect for our lounge or any room, really well-made and good quality. Perfect!

I bought this radiator because my normal wall mounted one has broken down, and I live is a small studio flat and the room I need to heat is about 16m square, and I live in a block of flats in London UK. I have had the unit for about a month now, and I find this unit provides all the heat I need and without having to be set on it maximum setting. The most useful feature is the timer function. Normally in this day and age I would expect a digital timer - but this radiator uses a simple mechanical set of very small dip switches arranged in a circular clockface pattern. There are four switches per hour (96 switches in total) meaning that you can precisely control whether the heater is on or off every 15 minutes throughout the entire 24 hour day. Initially I thought that the mechanical nature of this feature was a cheap cost cutting exercise. In fact I think it is brilliant - it is dead simple, very quick to adjust, completely intuitive, giving you a totally customisable heating profile for the entire 24 hour day. This is far quicker than stepping though a menu system when you have to set the start and stop times in a digital clock - and then you are likely to be restricted in the number of controllable periods available to be set. The method used by this radiator is so much better that there is no comparison. You can easily adjust it on a daily basis if you wanted to - to take into account if the forecast for the day is cold meaning - for example - that you want to have the heater off during the night but wake up a little earlier than usual to take off the early morning chill. I also set it going for an hour in the middle of the night to help prevent the temperature dropping too low by about 4:00am. Recommended.

Really easy to get going. Looks good and certainly pushes out the heat. Haven’t used the timer yet but this heater gets to optimum temperature very quickly. Don’t know what costs will be yet but it’s nice and toasty here now.

OK here is my review. 1. Product came especially well packaged with a easy to read book that led to simple operation and assembly. 2. The only thing you realy have to do is attach the ready assembled feet. Very easy. 3. The clock / timer I have not tried but I by pass that and instead just turn the unit on as required. 4. It bangs out a ton of heat. I had it going through the night last night at 6 degrees c outside. It was set on the middle heat setting and I woke up cooked. Will go easier next time as it was too hot. 5. Price is good for what you get. 6. YES it does click a little during operation when the thermostat kicks in but this is certainly not a sleep killer as it is more of a background noise than a constant. I cannot say how long the heater will last but I feel quite confident with it from start up. Would say that this heater is a good choice and so far no problems.

We bought this 2.5kw, thermostat controlled oil filled heater for a 10m2 bedroom. The heater was relatively easily put together although would be awkward doing it on your own. We currently had a 2kw elec heater with small convection, which heated the from from cold to a comfy temperature in roughly 60 mins. We turned this oil heater on on the highest setting (2.5kw) with the temperature setting at maximum however after approximately 7+ hours of run time at full power, the heater hadnt even managed to take the chill off the air in the room. We plugged our smaller 2 KW heater back and had the room to a comfy temperature within the hour. I would definitely NOT reccomend this heater, there are loads of much better heaters out there

Am really pleased with this radiator. It throws out a tremendous amount of heat. Good to look at as well. Very neat. I have a Dehumidifier by the same manufacturer, and that has been reliable too. Highly recommend.
