The light effect is amazing, will paint a wall to the ceiling. I loved the first bar so much I bought three more. The motion effect is very soothing. I wish each remote controlled only one bar instead of effecting all others nearby. It would be nice if the remote turned off the motor as well. However, these are minor concerns. The units are well built and the lights are high quality. I had one unit die on me after 7 months and it speaks volumes that Kitvona saw my review and sent another unit. Great seller.

I bought two of these lights. The effect is very nice and though I put the unit behind a sofa, the unit itself is actually quite visually appealing.Doesn't matter though, since one of the two units' motor failed so it no longer turns. Now it's just a mediocre static light and I'm out $150.UPDATE: The seller reached out and asked to troubleshoot the unit. They quickly determined they would send a new one at no cost. Excellent service and I’m back in business.They advised it was very likely due to it having been lifted by the glass itself, which is possible. Just be sure to handle it by the base and you’ll be fine.

I love this light! I was worried about the reviews of when the light is turned off that the glass kept rotating but I quickly figured out that yes you can turn the lights off with the remote and it will keep rotating that all you need to do is use the black switch to turn it off and it stops rotating. This light is seriously awesome!

THIS IS WHAT I WROTE ORIGINALLY FOR THIS PRODUCT BACK ON LATE OCTOBER/EARLY NOVEMBER:"Firstly, I don’t normally post reviews for electronics shortly after receiving the product. Today’s workmanship and standards for most products in general (planned obsolescence) are far beneath what any reasonable person should expect. That said, I’ve had this item for under two months and to be fair, haven’t used it as much as I would have liked. It looks absolutely beautiful! It’s a really interesting device which has garnered a great deal of art from friends and family alike. So I’m extremely happy with it, at least for now. Hopefully it won’t let me down… like my Jeep… or my short-lived water heater or my “top of the line” air conditioner, or numerous other products that broke down shortly after the warranties expired. Let’s hope that this feeling of euphoria isn’t just another temp job. Wish me luck!"AND NOW:That's the reason I didn't want to put in an early review for this item. It broke. It literally won't turn on. And yes, there is power connected to the outlet, everything else connected to the same outlet runs perfectly well. It just won't turn on anymore. No rhythm, nor rhyme... just a hunk of plastic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT! You may not regret it right away, but you will eventually.

The company is replacing our light, I’m so glad cause we really like the way this looks! ..None of the blue lights are working, we only use this occasionally I’ve only had it for a few months and the blue light that we like doesn’t work at all
