The chain that holds it all together which is steel and is very sturdy came snapped on mine but it was fixable by cutting one of the chains and bending it over the other one.I honestly think I was a freak accident because I have multiple for toys with that type of chain on it and none of them have ever broke like that my bird is not capable of doing that. all in all pretty good toy my bird likes chewing on the wood it'll last a couple weeks hopefully.

I get disappointed in many products that arrive and are cheaped out versions of the description and pics. This one arrived and I was pleasantly surprised that this one was better than I expected. This is big long hanging plaything with lots of toys and it didn't take 5 minutes for my Parrot to start playing with it. The wood blocks are quite durable but large parrots will chew on them of course.

My bird keeps busy for quite awhile chewing on this toy . He just loves it birds get bored if they dont have things to keep them busy . This works very well

Got this for a macaw. The size is nice, but one click of his beak severed the chain. A sturdier chain would give this 5 stars. Good value as compared to other stores.

Nice size toy. My cockatoo loved it so much that she destroyed it in 15 minutes. She snapped the exposed chain connecting the blocks to the clasp. I rearranged the spacers so that any exposed chain would be covered. Now it's much more durable. I would order again but just rearrange the blocks before giving it to her.

Strong long lasting toy for my 18 year old African Grey. Buy one monthly, he loves chewing the blocks and unraveling string.

It took about 3 months for my female eclectus to completely destroy this toy. She seems to enjoy it very much. Just ordered a replacement.

My Parrot loves it! sometimes he chews the heck out of it, & other times he snuggles with it :)
