Comfy straight out of the box. I have a narrow heel and the heel box was a little loose, so I put an insole in and they are now perfect. I tried similar styles in Dr Martens £140 and Barbour £135. The first was too roomy the latter too narrow. These fit perfect.

Great pair of comfortable leather boots. Feels like a padded insole. Good casual/fashion look. Can be worn all day without aching feet. A damp cloth or light brushing will easily clean them. Just to be on the safe side, they will be water proofed for those wet autumn and winter days. Very pleased with these fashionable and inexpensive Chelsea Boots.

Comfortable boots, I oiled them for improved waterproof. Only downside was, the heel of the boot does hold my foot, seems to be a common remark regarding the fit. A additional insole and some thicker socks resolved this issue.

Purchased these boots in late may this year and have worn them at least 10 times since and would not recommend purchasing as already falling apart complete waste of money

I was really pleased with them, up until owning them for 11 months. Unfortunately the soles aren't up to the same quality of the uppers, the uppers are still fantastic. However, the heels are now collapsing, rendering the boots unwearable. They haven't had particularly hard use or a lot of use. This is such a shame, as the uppers are still in fantastic condition, as would be expected from real leather boots. Up until now I couldn't fault them, very comfortable, practical and completely waterproof.

First of all I ordered and received the wrong size at first which was entirely my fault! I elected to use the return and refund process via the post office with a return QR code. I was issued my refund as soon as the post office had possession! Very impressive Amazon. I ordered the correct size and and they were delivered the next day. Again excellent service from Amazon. The boots fit well and are comfortable to wear. I bought them for everyday use and so far they’ve proved to be a good value purchase.
