Product working great, but one of the older kids separated the zipper. Is there any fix for this?

That is unfortunate. I think you could take it apart and take the fabric part to a cleaner/seamstress and see if they can fix it

Is this machine washable?

This playpen is machine washable. But we suggest hand-washing this playpen. Zeebaba service team

Can this be used outside?

We suggest using it indoors. However, if it is necessary to use the playpen outside, we advise that parents should be aware of potential issue: The playpen may not be stable in windy conditions, and parents should closely supervise their child to prevent any accidents or injuries. Overall, we recommend that the playpen is more suitable for use at home, where it can be used safely and effectively without the risk of potential dangers associated with outdoor use. Zeebaba service team

What color is the playpen?

The playpen is gray. You can also look at the color of the physical picture in the comments However, there will be a slight color difference in the display of each computer screen. In the end, it is the actual color of the playpen that prevails. If you have any further questions, you can always contact us. Zeebaba service team
