We used the 2023 version with my first born and loved the monitor. When we had our second in March, we purchased this version. I love how you can have split screen of your two kids and how easy it is to use. What we love most is how it doesn’t use WiFi and it makes it a safer option than other monitors. Battery life is so much better on this version, as is sound quality. The smaller screen makes it easy to carry around with me, when I’m doing chores around the house. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a monitor that doesn’t use WiFi. Another perk for this product - the company offers great customer service!

Our family absolutely loves the HelloBaby Baby Monitor with two cameras. The picture quality is crystal clear, both during the day and at night. There are so many pluses with this product. It was delivered very quickly, the clarity of the camera is fantastic and it has a wonderful battery life. I can clearly communicate with my daughter, and I love that it plays lullabies and tells me the temperature in the room. This monitor also has the ability to have split screens, so I can see both of my babies at the same time. It is a great product for the price and so easy to set up! Very pleased mama.

I’ve been very impressed with this monitor. I read some reviews with complaints I believe have been addressed. You can now turn off the beeps when the baby makes noise. I’ve found that if I pan around the room it is nearly silent. I haven’t had any issues with connecting/cutting out. The picture quality is great. My only real complaint is that the max volume isn’t terribly high. If there is some other noise it could be easy to miss. I also don’t think you can turn off the screen but keep the sound on- this can end up being pretty bright at night in a dark room, but it’s not an issue if I just flip it face down. Overall I’m very happy with the quality and value.

*Review of free product from HelloBaby* I have an older version of this monitor from HelloBaby and although we had to replace a monitor once, we have been happy with it after using for 4 years. Their customer support was very helpful and sent us a new monitor and extra camera for free when ours went out and could not be fixed. That said, this newer monitor and camera seem to be exactly the same, just with a bigger screen. The monitor connected to our old camera super easily (as always), and I’ve had no issues with it since using for about 2 weeks. I prefer the older model since the monitor is smaller and can fit in a pocket, but in terms of functionality they are the same and fit our needs well.

Good quality screen / sound quality. My compliant is the built-in alarm feature that you cannot disable. We live on a noisy road and it constantly sets off the alarm when we have both cameras connected. Therefore, it is basically unusable as a 2 camera system. I would not have selected this had I known this feature was permanent, but that was not revealed anywhere in the product listing. I basically paid $80 (instead of $30-40) for a second single camera system and am stuck with it as I missed the return window since we didn’t need the second camera connected right away. Providing this review as a warning to potential buyers who would not want this permanent alarm feature

I previously had the Infant Optics DXR-8 (had it on my baby registry and got as a gift). This is my first baby and I've never had any baby monitors before, so I didn't really know what I was looking for other than I didn't want a wifi camera. The Infant Optics seemed good at first, but was actually quite terrible, so I went looking for a replacement. This monitor, especially for the low price, is amazing. Pros: 1. The monitor screen size is fantastic 2. The battery lasts a long time (much longer than I use it for each night) 3. The connection is great. I have a one story, 2200 sq ft house and I've never lost connection, even close to other electronics (the other monitor I had would lose connection if it was even near my phone, not to mention if I was in my office with my computer and modem) 4. Love the VOX mode... it has 3 sensitivity levels. When enabled, the monitor is silent (so I don't constantly hear my son's sound machine) unless baby cries or makes loud noises 5. This is not a wifi camera, so much less likely to be hacked. Also, if wifi goes out, the monitor still works. Cons: 1. Biggest downside is the camera mounting. The other crib mounts compatible with this brand that clip onto the crib are not compatible with this particular model. I found one that was supposedly compatible with all HelloBaby models, but it wasn't a clip (my crib design isn't great for the kind that coil around the side). I had to mount it to the wall, but it's very unstable, so hoping it never falls (definitely don't mount where it could fall into the crib). 2. The camera does allow color video, but it's very sensitive and even when I turn on the bedroom light, it still stays in night vision mode. Before I mounted on the wall and moved it around, if I got it in the "right spot" it would change to color, but only briefly. Not a huge deal though because I'm almost always using it when the room is completely dark.

these monitors are easy to use. They will pan the room nicely and the video quality is nice! I likes that I can bounce between the 2 cameras with ease or have them pulled up side by side to watch both at the same time. you can have the temperature warning set to a custom temperature to alert you of to hot or cold. The volume goes up very loud if needed but stays a reasonable low volume. Does not connect to wifi!

Très très très Déçu !!!!!le branchement des caméras est un branchement de type A (surtout utilisé aux États-Unis, au Canada, Mexique & Japon)!!!! non mentionné clairement lors de la vente! En belgique comme beaucoup en europe on utilise un branchement de type C ! Je vais donc devoir trouver des adaptateurs compatibles avant de pouvoir tester ce produit ! Vraiment pas professionnel !

Monitor stopped working.. doesn't seem to offer replacement despite being in the 1 year warranty period.
