Great seal. Doesn't leak. Keeps drink cold (haven't tried hot yet). Love the large volume.

I love this travel mug as it keeps coffee hot, but it is difficult to clean. You cannot get your hand inside to wash it. This is a replacement mug for one that the handle fell off after 1 year of use. Hence the 4 stars.
