Do not recommend at all, it’s horrible and very low in cals
It’s not going to help anyone gain weight with 100 extra kcals per day.I thought it was going to be at least 1k+ for a “weight” or “mass” gainer.But it’s literally 140kcal per scoop 😂Even a rat needs to eat more to gain weight.

Worked for me.
I was so underweight form last 10 to 12 years my weight got stuck on 33kg... And currently my age is 25. I also consulted doctors as they said you are normal there is nothing serious problem with you. But still I felt so insecured becoz of by body. So I started consuming this weight gainer. No one suggested me, it was just my only choice before this I never ever tried any weight gainer like something. I tried only home made shakes. Which never worked for me. But after that I started consuming this weight gainer by adding milk and banana with this. Twice a day. I also felt like it has increased my appetite too. So I made my simple diet chart following with this gainer. And now am writing this review after 2 months and 10 days. Now my weight is 38. I am so happy with this product. But only thing which I don't like is this powder doesn’t last long it gets finished very quickly. Specially if you consume it twice a day.
