This is exactly like a kid's temp tattoo. You apply it to your skin with a damp cotton ball and a small towel (to pat the excess dripping water).The design comes in a paper, so you're free to cut whatever pattern you want to apply and go from there. In the first photo you see a design suggestion, but you can cut the parts you want to create your own designs.There are 3 sheets in each plastic bag.

These are very cute and glow/fluoresce well. Would be great for Halloween parties or anywhere with black light lighting.

The designs in this package are as shown; you get several large full face tattoos and the designs are cute. The tattoos are easy to apply following the instructions provided. However, these are listed as glow in the dark, and they do not glow. I even tried "charging" them first with exposure to light before putting them in the dark, and nothing. Maybe I got a bad batch; I'm not sure if that's possible with glow in the dark items?

My daughter had a couple of girls over for a sleep over and they had too much fun with these. The colors looked really pretty on their faces (and neck), and they glow pretty well in the black light. Oddly, each sheet has eyelashes and eyebrows that are temporary tattoos. I know that they are on the sheets so that you can see that they are meant for use around your face if you want, but one of the girls used only those and made her self a mustache and some other facial hair. They washed off pretty easily by only using soap and water.

These are easy to apply, but I'm not a fan of the colors. Due to the nature of the product and the glowing aspect, the colors when viewed in regular light, are very bright and obnoxious. Definitely far more attractive under UV lights and glow in the dark. Fun for a dark party.

These are cute fun designs, in regular light the colors are a bright neon. You do need a UV/blacklight to activate the glow. I personally did not get any irritation from wearing them for a couple of hours but I do not have sensitive skin. Overall fun, but can't glow in the dark with out a blacklight.

I had a very severe allergic reaction when I used this and it burned my face. It does not show the materials used to make but my face is in so much pain and it itches like crazy.

These apply easily with a damp cloth and are removed with bc rubbing alcohol. The effect under a black light is awesome.
