I'm 40 y/o and started playing golf less than a year ago. I was dealing with really bad arthritis in my hands and every time I swung a club, it felt like my hands were going to explode. The reasonable thing to do would be just stop golfing but I have a son that is getting into golf and I really wanted to keep playing and spending time with him. I tried arthritis hand creams and they helped a little bit (if at all). I havent changed anything except adding The Good Stuff to my coffee every morning for the last month. I'm amazed at the results. My hands feel incredible. The difference is shocking. I don't recommend many supplements. If your hands hurt, give this a try.

So, I understand a lot of the negative comments about the fact that this product doesn’t mix as well, settles at the bottom sometimes, and tastes OK but not great. Although I agree with some of these comments, a couple things to note. The most important thing is that this product seems to work for me and my wife. I have an arthritic thumb and since I’ve been drinking this in my coffee, the pain is at least half of what it was. Also, my wife had a sore left arm that she had for a week and I started to put this in her coffee, and her pain went away! So, I do understand the comments that aren’t as high on this product, BUT to me it works! I bought a small frother that helps making sure that it is mixed properly in the coffee, even though I still get some settling. Plus, the taste is OK but I still put in Stevia or sugar-free creamer to a point. The bottom line is this stuff seems to work and that is the key!

I’ve bought it 18 times and really like it, but price has gone up and I don’t think it’s worth the value, I’m done.

I've been slowly trying to stop drinking creamer with my coffee and this has been helpful. While it's never going to taste as good, I feel much better later in the morning after drinking this with my coffee and usually add some honey. It seems a bit expensive, but it probably equals what I was spending on creamer. Overall I believe its giving my better health.

Very, very disappointed with how small the bag is for the amount of money being charged. I have been wanting to try it and finally decided to buy it when it was on sale for Prime days. I got it for $36, pretty steep even on sale, but nonetheless, decided to try it. I opened the big Amazon box to find a dinky little bag of the product. With 2 coffee drinkers in the house, this won’t even last 1 month as it say on the bag (it says 30 servings). Don’t fall for it! Not worth the price, deceptive advertising.

This is now a staple in my coffee cabinet. I usually have two mugs of coffee in the morning. The first one black and the second with this cinnamon powder. It is so good and has excellent ingredients. This is not my first purchase. I will buy again.

Great healthy addition to my morning coffee. Tastes delicious and provides healthy anti-inflammatory etc benefits. I use it everyday.
