The media could not be loaded. Other than it being gross it works like a charm. It is very sticky and catches a lot of bugs. Perfect for fruit fly season. Having a little light is a plus too.Not noise and it's very durable.

Every summer like clock work the fruit flies sore up. Instead of doing the diy traps, all I do is plug this in and all the bugs get attracted to the neon light. Works great and fight a little light for a dark area!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Was a little skeptical at first but decided to give these a try given the amount of flies and gnats that make our way into the house. Does an excellent job at catching bugs and the design is sleek. I really like the light, looks nice in our house. These things catch a TON of bugs, it was astonishing and we had to replace it quickly. Solid quality. Would not recommend as a replacement for pest control cleanings but it's nice as a maintenance.

Works ok for gnats, fruit flys and other light attracted bugs. Not as good for housefly’s but nothing is unless it smells like rotten meat or dog turds and no one wants that in the house.
