G12 Retro Style Safety Glasses with Folding Side Shield

Hubby loves the retro style and has re-purchased these yearly!

Time will tell, but out of the gate thse are fine riding glasse (and a bargain at the price). The frame is very solid and on the heavier side of things, which I like. The screws holding the arms and the side shields to the frame itself are substantial, as is the plastic where the screws are mounted. The lenses are a good, dark shade (perfect for Florida's sunshine). The lenses are also nearly distortion free. Being safety glass, I have the added security of knowing that a kicked-up pebble or rock won't shatter the lens in my eye. I also like the rather "retro" look as it's in keeping with my relatively "old school" ride - '09 FLHRC Road King Classic. I also purchased the yellow lens version for nighttime riding. Same comments apply as to the build and the lens distortion. I'd buy either version these again without hesitation.

The readers are great! Perfect. Except for the fact I ordered the mirrored sunglass version and received the clear ones. My order still clearly states that the are “smoke” lenses. I like them. I’m keeping them. I am kind of Leary trying to order the sunglass version?

I have a difficult time finding glasses that fit my head... I also collect vintage safety glasses. These are a perfect combination! They fit perfectly (I wear large sunglasses) PLUS they have that vintage look that I really like! Polycarbonate and mesh side shields mean they're impact resistant and guarantee my eyes will be safe. Couldn't ask for more, thank you!
