If you are wondering whether a smart weighted hula hoop is actually enjoyable to use, yes. It makes a short bit of exercise at home feel more fun and less like a chore. For the price it’s pretty good. It’s easy to use once you get the hang of it. Plastic doesn’t feel that strong but for the price it’s what I expected. It does the job and is comfortable to wear. Not the heaviest of weights but for beginners is would be suitable.

Absolutely love the product, its a shame within less than a month one of the runners on the weighted ball broke and has left it unusable. I had probably used it every other day for 30-45 minutes really enjoyed it such a shame about how easily the interal runner breaks and the ball bearings fall out.

You don't get a spin counter with it the plastic is very flimsy so when looking at the reviews & videos make sure they match the picture of what you're buying. Makesure there is nothing brakeable in your room when trying it out. The only good thing about it was the weight which was slightly heavier than the one from home bargains, however the homebargains hoop is alot tougher than this one. I dont know wether its the right thing to do but occasionally I put a drop of WD-40 on the bearings as I have got through a couple of them, since I have been doing this it seems to work better.

This is a game changer for helping to lose weight and tighten your muscles at the same time. It arrived almost ready to use (a previous one did not have any weight in the ball). I found it easy to put the links together, just keep your fingers away from the section that clips together. It feels sturdy, so I’m hoping it lasts a long time. When I first used it, I only managed 10 minutes, it’s tiring when you first begin, so I’ve been building the time upwards every couple of days. I would recommend it, but don’t expect instant results. Only bad thing about it, is the noise that’s created when the ball swings around your body.

Der zählt auch nur die perfekt ausgeführten Runden!
