I’ve been using The Ordinary Glucoside Foaming Cleanser for a while now, and I’m really impressed with how gentle yet effective it is. Excellent value for the size! You don’t need a lot of product to get a good lather going. The foam is a nice texture and very gentle on sensitive skin. I was experiencing seb derm when I switched to it and helped calm it down tremendously just after a few days. I pair it with their Beta Glucan Moisturizer and they have become my new holy grail. Both give the perfect amount of moisture without over drying or leaving my face greasy. My t-zone used to be very oily but now my skin overall has a healthy matte, plump look to it. I really love the affordability and quality of this product as well.

After 8 months of trying several items in their product line, here is my take away. Pros Affordability being number one.: Highly budget-friendly, allowing a full, effective, science-backed full skincare routine to be built for under $100 Transparency: Clear, ingredient-focused formulas (e.g., Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5) with no hidden additives. Effectiveness: I definitely see an improvement in my skins texture, hydration, and brightness. Range: Wide variety of products addressing specific concerns, including acne, aging, and hyperpigmentation. Cons Complexity: It is confusing when trying to build a routine; It requires research to understand layering, contraindications, and proper application. Ive been using the line for almost a year and I still feel like I go at it blind and should be doing more or doing things differently. Potential Irritation: High concentrations of active ingredients (e.g., AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution) can lead to skin sensitivity, chemical burns, or damage if used incorrectly. So far I haven’t experienced this but my research shows it’s a strong possibility making it so I have not really explored the entire product line out of fear. Texture Issues: I find the serums to be sticky, and if you do not allow your skin to completely dry in between layering applications the products are prone to pilling (rolling or flaking off the skin). Drying time between layering is several minutes and this is not really convenient. The products I use daily are the face cleanser, the multi-peptide hyaluronic acid, retinol serum and the face cream.

Er entfernt Schmutz, überschüssiges Öl und leichtes Make-up gründlich, ohne die Haut auszutrocknen oder zu spannen. Der Schaum ist fein und lässt sich leicht abspülen. Meine Haut fühlt sich nach der Reinigung sauber, weich und ausgeglichen an. Besonders für empfindliche Haut finde ich ihn sehr gut geeignet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde ihn wieder kaufen.

Pensavo più delicato, ma forse non ho prestato la dovuta attenzione quando ne ho letto le caratteristiche. È di ottima qualità, assolutamente, non aggressivo e pulisce bene. Per pelli delicate o in fase di sensibilizzazione, come era il mio caso, risulta però un pelino forte. Per pelli normali invece è buono. Buona alternativa ai detergenti con acido salicilico ove questo fosse troppo aggressivo.

This is such a good go-to cleanser, great for oily skin and is not too drying. Has basically no scent, foams up nicely, and I find it does a pretty good job of removing makeup too. It's basic, simple, affordable, and all you could ask for in a cleanser. Mayyybe wouldn't recommend for those with dry skin as it doesn't really leave a "hydrating" effect after using.
