Awesome vitamin B12
I love these vitamin B12 capsules! First off, they are capsules and NOT hard tablets and they are easy to swallow. The high does is effective for those either lacking the vitamin or that are looking to incorporate more that they are not getting in their diet. The body does not fully absorb that much at once of course, but it's nice to know that you have it covered. Nutricost has always made hig quailty vitamins and supplement for years, so I trust them.
