Makes an HID light work again
It saved a 300 dollar fixture from the dumpster when I couldn't get an LED lamp to retro-fit.

Works well but was missing some parts
The ballast worked great but it was missing the round clips in the package and the capacitor and ignitor were slightly larger than the ones in my existing fixture. I was able to make them work but it'd have been nice if they were included. Perhaps mine was an anomaly. The quality seems good and the documentation is fine. I have two more fixtures to fix and I'll order this again to fix those.

Great replacement
Worked perfect for a replacement in an area light. It came with a capacitor but the area light didn't previously use one, nor was there room. Still works fine without a capacitor hooked up.

Great product at a great price.
My last ballast kit lasted 17 years. I hope this one lasts as long. The price is right, the product arrived early, and the quality seems equal to the original. Time will tell.
