I bought a blue travel charm to hang in my new car. For some reason or another, I have always felt that new cars come with an attraction for wrecks, damage, etc. so I have gotten in a habit of having some kind of luck charm in my vehicles.Roughly two weeks after I got my car and the travel charm hanging from the rearview, it happened.I was driving my hour commute from work back home when a piece of sheet metal flew out of the back of a truck, crossed 3 lanes of traffic to hit my new car.Miraculously or luckily, it was head level when it came into my lane, but dipped down and hit my license plate before harmlessly going under. When I pulled over to take a look at the damage, my car had not one scratch.
