Your picture of the cream set says apricot? Is that a misprint?

No. It's an apricot color, but a bit on the creamy white side.

I believe set is 70% Viscose, 30% Nylon

I wear a size 16. Will the size XL in this set fit me?

It should. I got it for my mom who wears size 16 and fit perfectly

What size would you get if you are 5’1” 120 lbs waist is about 28”?

Not sure but I would think small. I am 5’7” and 170 so I got large. Look at sizing chart and double check, you may be XS
