My husband and I have added these to our after dinner routine. They are dry so it’s best to let them. hydrate a bit before swallowing or chewing. If you chew too soon they will get stuck in your teethe - lol! Love papaya seeds because they help with digestion and overall cleansing.

The taste isn’t something I’d brag about but I purchased them to assist with internal cleansing. What’s good for typically isn’t tasty.

ya know these dont taste bad at all. and they arent hot. Mildly very mildly warm. Theyr good for ya if you dont eat them like potatoe chips.

These are great in pepper grinder. Wish more for the money but the product is what I wanted.

I've never taken these before but so far so good. No adverse affects of upset stomach, no allergic reaction. So yeah, I recommend. People complain about the size of the pack but there are 1000 seeds. No I didn't count them. I believe the reaction to the size is because most think of the Papaya seed when it's fresh out of the fruit but these are dried so of course they've shrunk down in size as all of the moisture is extracted during the drying process. I almost didn't order because of this complaint - don't listen. This packaging size and quantity is perfect considering the high quality.

Smaller package than I thought - works as intended
