The walker is great I got it cause the 1i originally had when the wind was strong blew both me and walker over so this one is heavier and I really like it plus you can use it as a wheelchair and have someone push you around it does come with feet holers

Great walker/wheelchair (someone needs to push you) but the pedals and basket come off too easily. They were lost the first time it was used and I'm still awaiting a replacement from the seller, which seems more complicated than it should be. Other than that, it folds up easily and is a lifesaver.

I got this for my mama and love it! It’s so easy to use and fold up after each use and put in the trunk. She loves it too! I’m so glad we found this wheelchair.. definitely an upgrade from them wheelchairs with the big back wheels. We got the purple one💜

As a young person with multiple chronic illnesses, this was a transition i was very hesitant to do for feat of judgement. HOWEVER with that being said, EVERYONE deserves to have quality of life and I can easily say that this has been able to give me some type of quality of life back! I can go on walks again and if I get winded I can put the brakes on and sit to rest! Its super comfortable as a transporter and a walker. It is very ergonomically correct for our bodies. The height is adjustable. This is super easy to put together out of the box. Took me less than 20 min. I LOVE the 360⁰ rollator wheels. They do great on most terrains! I can do trail walks, sidewalks, even sand! It's lightweight enough to where I can pick it up myself. Im very light, only 110 pounds but this so sturdy it can hold a few hundred pounds. I love the bag at the bottom to store my purse or water. And the Cane holder attachment is amazing since I use both! I love the vibrancy of the color, I got purple! It's easy to use, doesn't get stuck on things like a normal wheelchair or walker. I highly recommend for anyone who uses a walker or other mobility aid!

I have just received the product today. These are my initial impressions. The engineering of the product appears to be sturdy. Upon opening the package I immediately encountered the following problems. 1. There were no assembly instructions included in the package. 2. The package included a second sealed box that was approximately 1.5x6x6 inches dimensions. Upon unsealing the box, I found nothing enclosed. It was a sealed empty box. Perhaps this was supposed to include assembly instructions but did not. I believe that some of the other reviews have questioned the stability of the product. I believe that this may be because it is possible that during the assembly, the fixed (non rotating) wheels were installed incorrectly resulting in a narrow (triangular) wheel pattern which is much the same as a tricycle. This can be corrected by switching the two wheel assemblies. This assembly could have been much easier with clearly marked parts and clear instructions for assembly. I was not happy that there were no instructions included for assembly which made assembly much more difficult. The different parts were relatively easy to assemble but since they were mostly interchangeable, it was easy to assemble incorrectly. I have added a picture of one of the QC issues. It is a strap that goes across the foot rest. You will note that the strap is twisted and permanently attached between points on the footrest which, in effect, shortens the strap. I will disassemble one of the attachment points and fix it but I should not have to do this. Follow up comments. Received pdf of instructions. Finished assembling walker. Another problem has shown up now that I am able to use the assembled walker. The right rear wheel is not round. As a result, the brake drags for part of the rotation and is free the rest of the rotation. This could create issues for someone who is not expecting the walker to suddenly pull to the right. The other issues have not been addressed by the manufacturer. I do not know if they intend to correct any of the other issues. If the product were correctly assembled under a much stricter quality control, it seems to be a good product. However, with multiple quality issues encountered with this sample, I cannot recommend the product to others. UPDATE: It has now been two weeks since the vendor told me that the product would be replaced. Other than two other emails promising that a replacement would be sent, no replacement has appeared on my doorstep. The promised replacement has not arrived three weeks later.

The handle grips keep coming off. and I am tired of looking for them.

I LOVE my Elenker Rollator! It is so easy to use and even went to Amsterdam on a family trip with us. It saved my life to have the conversion to a wheelchair so my husband could push. It's a very fast and easy conversion. I just wish it were a couple of pounds lighter, but I did order the all terrain wheels, so likely my fault. You should buy this!

Overall a good product. I love how sturdy the wheels are. It works very well as a rollator with smooth steering and plenty of support. I also love the clip that keeps it collapsed! Fairly putzy to put together. Decent weight for its sturdiness. A bit heavy for anyone with muscle weakness or fatigue, but others will find it easy enough to move.The seat is a bit shallow to be comfortable and has no padding, so isn’t comfortable to sit on for any length of time. The back is very comfortably padded, but does tend to shift downward when you sit down, so you need to adjust it almost every time. The handles are more comfortable than other options, but are still fairly uncomfortable if you need to put more than a little of your weight on them. The breaks work very well, but I wish the cables followed the frame more easily as they are easy to get caught on. The storage bag is really good, though I wish there was something to stop it from sliding off. The side frames are very sturdy and well made and I love the color! Big concerns: when using as a transport chair, the entire chair shifts pretty dramatically when turning and sometimes when going over bumps. The foot rests are fairly flimsy and you need to have your feet in line with the outside or the entire foot rest sags to the middle.
