Not noticing any difference.
Giving a 4 star review because the product was as described and shipping was fast. I must say though, I have noticed zero changes in how I feel. I’m not expecting a drastic change, but this is like swallowing air. Perhaps a longer therapeutic period is required??????

Use it with Omega 3 supplement
This is a gem. Quick word of advise, compliment it with an Omega 3 supplement so that you do not add them balanced and end up with a negative effect instead of a positive one.

I love, black cumin seed oil
I’ve been using Blackseed oil for a long time, but this product here I really like, the efficacy of this is very good and the value of this is very good.Black cumin seed oil is great for anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antibacterial and so much more.
