Absolutely adorable!
Easy to put on plus the fabric will be cool & comfortable for Summer. I bought a size Lg for our 9 lb.& 11 lb. Shih Tzu’s and like the way they fit. They are a “little” loose but the girls do not pull or tug so they are perfect. The Velcro closure around the neck and waist is very strong and high quality.Great purchase for me.
