Auh Duh!
Okay, imagine my surprise finding out you DON'T ACTUALLY BAKE YOUR BREAD IN THESE. Sorry universe.... I was dumb. Products are professional looking and awesome. I'm looking forward to using them correctly. Pretty sure that's why they invented wine!

High quality sourdough baking kit
This essential sourdough baking set is excellent value for your money. The only item I've tried to use but don't like is the plastic scraper - it's not flexible enough to really get the sides of my glass bowl clean of flour. The bench scraper is excellent for shaping dough and getting it into your banneton. The bannetons are quality, although keep in mind you have to "season" them with flour before your first use. That's something I didn't do when I got them because I was so excited to start proofing with them already. Lame is excellent quality as well, super sharp and comes with a lot of replacement blades. This is an excellent kit for any level of sourdough baker.

Adore this set! Incredible value. I bake sourdough breads and this is everything I needed in a kit. Also bought one for my sister. She loved it too.

Bread Banneton Set
Have not tried baking with the Banneton set yet but looks like very good quality. Great baking set for bread makers novice or professional. Can’t wait to get into artisan baking. Wish there were more St Germain products on Amazon.
