I am really surprised about the quality of the toilet. I came in bog box, well protected with foam and everything was well protected against damage and scratches. It took a few months for me to find the time to install it, but the installtion and instructions were clear. The only confusing thing is that it came with a bolt set to secure the toilet to the ground, but the instructions were not clear if I needed them. To install these you need very small hands and arms and I left these out. After securing the toilet bottom in silicones it was all secure fixed to the ground.Great product for the same price as a regular toilet, surely recommend this

This looks fantastic in the modern bathroom. The auto open cover by motion is so cool. The toe kick to open the seat is awesome so you don't have to touch anything. Push the toe-kick again and the seat closes and the toilet flushes. The features on this are just awesome. Nice heated seat and the bidet function is good. Easy to clean. You do not need a power source added next to the toilet. You do need 12" clearance from the wall to the center of the toilet drain otherwise, the bolts to hold it down will not fit. Excellent for the price. It is a low toilet so if you need chair height, this will not work for you.

Not happy with this at all! You can choose anything else but this one. The flushing is an issue I have to press 5 times and it just runs water doesn’t flush. It’s not a water pressure and I called a plumber nothing is wrong it’s just useless!

The Bidet is a sleek, effective and attractive addition to our home.I had to make some adjustments to the water and electric supply in my bathroom to accommodate the newer technology. That is to be expected when technology upgrades are implemented - not the fault of the Bidet.

I was a bit hesitant until I got this gem "online". A pleasure in virtually every aspect! Night light, heated seat, auto flush is plenty for me let alone the myriad other features to use on this toilet. So glad I "invested" as it works quite well even in a small basement bathroom !Use so far has been a breeze, but "installation" is probably not for the novice.

Installed in a half hour... easy to do and I am no plumber! Tap your already cold water line, prep the flange, make sure the bolts are firmly in place, and set the toilet. Simple. The features are amazing, power OFF before bed to save energy, jet-like flushing with minimal water, automatic heat, lid closing/ opening... and the bidet features... AMAZING!!! NO MORE TP!!!!!!!!!! Why didn't I do this years ago? This specific product is perfect!

So far I’m loving everything about this toilet, I been using it for about 2 weeks and had no complaints about it!!!

Worked for really good for the first six months but now is making a weird sound every time it flushes. It has also lost all water pressure to flush the toilet.
