Easy to use, carry and worked with hotel and ship door. Very solid . Felt safe when installed.

Works great and easy to use. They are also small so they travel well. The only issue I have is that the one I used got bent after 5 days of use at the hotel. The doors are heavy so I guess it happens but I wish it was more durable for the price you pay. I’ve only had to use one of the two pack so I’m happy with it. Works on hotel doors. You just have to get use to putting it into the hole while holding it and trying to close the door at the same time. Takes practice. Not bad price for 2.

I like this lock, it's helpful when it fits properly but it's kind of difficult for it to fit properly. I tried it on one door and the metal piece that fits into the doorframe made it so that the door couldn't latch properly, but it didn't really matter because it still prevented the door from being opened. On another door, both sides don't fit because they're too big so I wasn't able to use it on the second door at all. Overall I'd say it's kind of a hit or miss because when it works it does a great job but it's not guaranteed to work.

I only gave 4 stars because I have a little difficulty getting the door closed when the device is being installed. I find that it is easier to use in the dead bolt hole-fits snugly and door cannot be opened. However, I have not found an easier way to close the door while holding the device. It will not stay in the opening without some support from my fingers when the door is being closed-awkward for me. Once the door is closed, the device does what it is supposed to do. It is small, light weight, and not easily discernable as a safety device. 2 days later... I changed my review to 5 stars because I experimented with bending the two prongs out just a little which enabled the device to stay in the opening without me holding it. The door closed snugly! I love the little device.

Great if they are not kinetic, and most criminals are. Safety wise for someone with a health condition.. and would have to unlatch the thing for the EMTs Ummmm , it might be a problem.. cause if you can’t get it off I don’t know.. The clip is partial plastic.. maybe it can be broken off .. If I didn’t know psychic kinetic criminals; or about them…

So I Recently went on a solo trip basically down the coast of New England IA flew into New Haven Connecticut stayed at night in a hotel there drove out to Boston stayed three nights in a hotel there drove back to New Haven returned my rental car and took a train into New York and stayed four nights in New York I stayed at three separate hotels in three separate cities not chains these were hotels that were of different chains some of them were boutique hotels this did not fit any of the doors not one of them and they all had regular key list entry with the little key cards these were not specialty doors they were not doors that had skeleton keYs but regular hotel doors . Best purchase ever for security if u want to lock your door but have rental houses or rooms . No need to make hole or anything works efficiently .

Product was not the same in the photo which shows two different sized holes (one on each end). It only had one hole which didn't seem to fit the door, so I sent the item back.

Where you don’t have lock on door, you can use it there and feel safe during travel or maybe at rental basement. Quality is good and also price is cheap!

I loved this device. Extra security when staying in hotels.

Works well, but in some doors you have to do some maneuvering to get it to effectively block any unwanted entrance, but they do work and I travel with them everywhere. I am very satisfied with these gadgets.
