Stakich Raw Honey - Pure, Unprocessed, Unheated, Kosher - 40 Ounce

I’ve purchased a number of various raw honey brands here on Amazon and in my opinion the Stakich is by far the best one. The texture is thick enough for a slow drizzle on your toast and can be rolled onto a spoon without running off too fast. This is pure raw, unfiltered unheated honey. The flavor is more of a desert honey and not too floral and not too sweet.This is the second jar I ordered within a week as I feared they may not have this batch by the time I run out of the first jar.This will be my honey of choice going forward as long as the company maintains this high level of quality.

I'm very satisfied! The fresh taste and smell was very noticeable upon opening the jar.

It tastes like clover honey! It has a weird consistancy...like its been whipped, but its good!

I decided to try this brand even though most of the reviews were very mixed. Some absolutely loved it, others said it was terrible and some went on and on about bad customer service from the seller. I'm from Michigan and love to support Michigan products so I've tried it. I found it to be very, very good raw honey. It came very fast, was packaged well. The honey appears to be exactly the same as the other raw honeys I have purchased on Amazon, (ecxcept for the price, it was approximately $1.00 less expensive per pound) it is creamy, jjust the right thickness, do, efinatetly not runny or watery or crystallized. It's pure, raw, creamy and delicious! It arrived to my home in the evening, I didnt hear the truck so it sat outside all night. We had a heavy frost. I brought my package in the next morning. My honey appeared fine even after being exposed to a temperature not advisable for honey, raw or otherwise. I opened it, tasted it. It was cold, a little bit hard, but I left it on the kitchen counter for two hours and tasted again. It was room temperature, creamy, and not even a bit crystallized! After my honey was abused by being left out in the cold I didn't expect such a wonderful outcome. So in closing all I can say is this honey is definatetly excellent. After surviving the cold I was sure it would be grainy. Being that it survived as it did, in my opinion this is a very, very excellent quality raw honey. I have already ordered another 5# jar because I want to beat the snow! I'm not sure any raw honey would survive that.

I recently tried this honey, and I must say, I found it to be excessively sweet, reminiscent of pure sugar rather than the nuanced flavors I was hoping for. In my experience with raw, unfiltered, and unheated honey over the past few years, I've come to appreciate the depth and complexity that high-quality honey can offer. Unfortunately, this particular product did not live up to my expectations. The taste felt flat and overwhelming, lacking the rich floral notes and subtle undertones I grew accustomed to. Given its flavor profile and sweetness level, I’m left feeling that it did not provide good value for the price I paid. Overall, it was a disappointing experience compared to the artisanal honeys I typically enjoy.

I purchased three brands at the same time so I can taste to find out which on is best for me, so I have purchased YS organic, stakich and canada white gold,Shipping: YS organic arrived fastest and I received in the third day while the other two a fulfilled by Amazon and that did not arrive until 8 days laterappearance, the YS brand is in very clean looking glass bottle while the other two in plastic and the stakich bottle do look a little messyTaste and texture: the YS brand is very smooth and less sweet than other two, the texture is very fine and butter like (its just very good looking), stakich taste very average and the white gold taste real good with very creamy flavor, however it is too watery (even though they claim it is very dry, but I liked it as it is easy to scoop and apply. one more thing about this white gold. they do not have a really valid contact information, if you search the website, they only have a temp site with a cell contact number, which is very bad)personally, I liked the YS the best, however I would suggest the owner not to reply to negative feedback like they did here, it is ok for people to not like your product, and it is just not nice for other consumers to see how you repliedbtw, the honeys taste all depends on the types of honey and flowers and environment,

This honey is delicious, very high quality, and delicious! It is also a local honey for me since I live in Michigan. Thank you Stakich for continuing to produce such great products.

We just ordered this honey, but started using it right away. My first impression was that it's really delicious. It has a very delicate flavor and is creamy, not liquid, as heated honey's are. Plus it tastes pure, no bitter aftertastes. I've used organic, raw honey my whole life, some right out of the comb, and this honey is some of the nicest I have ever had the pleasure of tasting and purchasing.
