FlightBridgeED, LLC - FP-C/CFRN Certification Review & Advanced Practice Update: FP-C, CCP-C, CFRN, CCRN, CEN, CTRN advanced certification review study guide

I initially bought this book on amazon and sent it back. It was difficult to understand and just appeared to be another language. As a new flight paramedic, I was LOST to say the least. I later signed up for FlightbridgeED University and this book was sent back to me as part of the course content material. NOW I GET IT! This book is basically notes to follow along with as they teach the course online. This book was extremely helpful. I was able to follow along and highlight and takes notes and use this as a reference for later. I recommend this book, however, ONLY if you are taking the online course.

I'm using this to complete my FPC recertification class through FlightBridgeEd. It has a lot of good review material with charts and supplemental info in the back. There aren't a lot of practice test questions so if you're using it to take your initial FPC Exam, you may need additional resources. When first I took the exam in 2009, I used the ACE SAT book which has tons of questions/answers and rationales. I use it still for reference and it's very "dog eared"!

Way too overpriced, good for group study which is how FP-C should be tackled at any rate, pictures are somewhat ambiguous and poor done. I rated 5 stars because someone obviously put alot of work into this and there are not many simplified, guideline style options out there for FP-C.

This book is purely a study guide outline of the material with a 5ish questions per chapter. You will need another book on top of this.

Eric Bauer- I love your podcasts. This book has great content, but I'd rather have a book I can pick up and read, rather than feel like I am looking at someone's notes from a lecture. If the book came with a matched podcast, that would have been fantastic. There are just too many podcasts to dig through to find the one that matches the chapter.

Have been using this to study for the CFRN and have learned a lot from it. It’s a great resource to have!

Great book! Passed my FP-C first time around. This book brought my training together and helped me prepare for the exam. I also see great benefit in continued use of this book as a refresher to help stay proficient in my skills and knowledge. Good luck!
