My wife has an affinity for Korean products and came across this somehow and figured she'd have me try it out. I wasn't quite sure what it was the first time she handed me one so I looked it up and was puzzled as to why she wanted me to try them, because I have no trouble going to the bathroom and didn't think I had any digestive problems, but she insisted that I try them anyway, and I'm glad she did. It does taste good in my opinion. Like another reviewer stated, it does taste like a Korean grain powder I've tried before. It could just be a coincidence, but while taking this daily, according to my wife, my farts are much less frequent and no longer "smells like death." I haven't really noticed this because normally I tend not to notice my own apparent gassiness but it must be true because she would often accuse me of being rotten inside so she definitely wouldn't make such statements lightly or so joyfully. I'd better go sign up for a subscription so I don't accidentally run out. 5 stars for making my wife happy. Happy wife, happy life.

I think this is the best product ever.

I saw that this supposed to help with bloating and gas I took a box and it didn’t help with that sadly. I do not like the taste either. I dry scoop it and it tastes like dry baby cereal. Will have to find something else.

My wife bought it for me as it was made by the same company that she buys her supplements from. I work in an office, sitting all day and thought this would help. Just a few days in but seems to help. Easy to take being in a stick pack.

Don't get deterred by the name. It tastes like this Korean powder mix I've tried before. It has a slightly sweet taste and nutty flavor. Tastes good and I feel like it's definitely doing something to my digestive track!

Had a hard time in a toilet, but this one works. Taste is good, too. Good product.
