Resmed Quattro FX for Her Frame System Replacement Without Headgear, Medium

Not much to say about a replacement cushion for a CPAP mask, but I will say that I love my Quattro Fx mask, and getting a new cushion makes it work the way it is supposed to. I've had this mask for almost four years, and I can't imagine another mask working any better for me. The price for this cushion was excellent - MUCH less than our local supplier charges - and it was shipped very quickly. 04/22/2015: The cushion I received was an original ResMed replacement cushion for the Quattro Fx medium mask. It is not a knock-off or generic brand, it is a ResMed product in ResMed packaging, it is exactly the same as the original cushion that came with my mask and the two other replacement cushions I have gone through, and it fits the mask perfectly. I do recommend washing the cushion every single day in something that cuts through oil, something like dish soap, to help it to last longer. Oil from skin seems to cause it to break down faster, which results in a poor seal. I wash mine twice in Dawn liquid every morning until it is squeaky clean. I can usually get about a year out of a cushion.

I bought this item because it was advertised to fit my machine, it didn't & company I bought it from would not respond about a refund or returning the item I have reported to Amazon & have never received a response so I assume Amazon didn't get any satisfaction either

This material is so much thinner than the ones that I used to get. I went to put it onto the plastic part that keeps it in place and it ripped across the nose not a good quality

I utilize non-invasive ventilation so I must wear a mask 24/7. This certainly gets uncomfortable and switching up different types of masks makes this more bearable. However, I get the best help from a full face mask, specifically the Mirage Quattro. My insurance only pays for a new cushion every so many months. This is not nearly often enough. For some reason this cushion after you wash it refuses to stay in place in the mask. After mentioning this to my respiratory company supplier rep (who uses this mask himself for nighttime use) he told me that yes, once washed it tends to stretch out an you can't get it to stay in place. Even with these issues this mask is one of my favorites so I have tried to find a way to keep the mask clean and receive a new cushion in between the times my insurance provides a new mask/cushion. Enter amazon.com. Finally, I can purchase the part I need the most and can clean the rest of my mask. This is a product I will purchase again. Thanks Amazon!

This cushion is great, and I think it is the best full faced mask out there, especially if you are tired of the middle forehead dimples from those with forehead supports. What I did wish this mask would do, which would make it the ultimate mask, is go under the chin. If this was molded to go under your chin to help hold the mask down and your mouth shut, there would never need to be another design. I know this review is for the cushion, and not the mask, so this is a great cushion, but if you care about the mask or the manufacturer reads this, it's a very good mask that could be great.

Exactly the same seal and head strap we ordered from the medical supply store for a fraction of the price. Excellent!

Good replacement for the original

There are special shops for CPAP equipment here. I'm sure you have them in your town as well. But I found that Amazon has better prices and products that work just as well and sometimes better. After a while your mask cushions wear out and won't hold pressure. So Frustrating at night when you are just trying to sleep. This is a fine replacement and I will purchase again.

Fits great on my mask. Very comfortable and easy to clean. Will buy again because they are affordable.

I find that the replacement cushion are at reasonable pricw now, thank you. This is a great fit and now im not worried about medical costs. I have to buy one every 6 months or so to have proper fit. Thank you
