Work from home and wanted a space saving desk. This is perfect, folds done when not in use and looks neat. Sturdy desk

My problem is that I cannot assemble this desk. It is lovely and very well made but I am now going to have to pay someone to assemble it for me as it has a rather complicated metal joint fixture that I cannot work out. I am 75 and can usually assemble things like this with no problem, but not this time. Having to pay someone to do it will really push the total price up to the point where it would have been easier to get one already assembled. Disappointing.

The media could not be loaded. I have never seen a piece of furniture so cheap and rickety as this one. I wish I could say we got what we paid for but it wasn't particularly cheap. My Mum wanted a small folding desk and chose this one. It was easy enough to put together and that is absolutely the last positive thing I can say about it. Nothing sits straight so the drawers rub against the top. There are several millimetres gap difference between one side of the unit...see photos. The folding part rubs against the under side of the desk top when it is opened and closed and both areas of the thin, cheap foil are are already wearing. One of the bolts which attaches the frame to the top has caused damage to the top from underneath...probably because the plastic thread is poorly fitted/designed. See photo. The same plastic thread used to attach the drawer fronts has caused a gap between the drawer front and sides as they don't fit flush.I wanted to send this back but Mum said its too much trouble and "it will do". Frankly it belongs in a skip!!

Was just the job for home desktop however two of the castors have broken away from the front legs within the same week. It appears the plastic castor insert piece within the hollow leg had broken on each. The desk sat on laminate flooring and certainly wasn’t abused with minimal moving about to suit the small room it was located in. With stronger castor mounts this would be perfect however disappointed that it has broken so soon.

Easy to put together, sturdy desk with pull out desk top..folds away half the size.. great value for what I need it for and the space I have.

Can't complain about size as fits my laptop monitor, spare keyboard mouse and number pad, and space for small notebook to write in. Only moan a little unstable and the drawers were a real pain to fit

the holes for draw handles are not level so they slant at different angles.

I bought this table for my girlfriend and I can say its really good table, already 1 year with us.
