Bit large for me to swallow
They are really big, however I crush them in a small re chargeable grinder into small bits then mix them in a spoon full of plain yoghurt.

Large and difficult to swallow
Waiting to see if they help but as others have said difficult to swallow, could do with a coating as they’re so large. I found swallowing with a hot drink helps it seems to melt them a bit, otherwise they can get stuck which isn’t pleasant. Good value though.

Large tablets, surprisingly easy to take.
I've been using the Zipvit Plant Sterols for a few weeks now, taking the recommended three tablets per day. The tablets are quite large, which initially concerned me, but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy they are to swallow. They have a smooth coating that helps them go down without any issue. As for the effectiveness, it's still a bit of a waiting game. Plant sterols are known to help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, but the true impact will only be confirmed at my next blood test. However, I feel good knowing that I am taking a high-strength, vegan-friendly supplement as part of my daily routine. Overall, if you're looking for a high-dosage plant sterol supplement that is easy to take despite its size, this is a solid choice. I'm hopeful that my next blood test will show positive results, and I'll update my review then!
