Excellent quality water pillow. There's a little stopper that goes in and then over that you screw on a cap. It does NOT leak. The quality of the material could not be better. I would recommend. I ordered more from having tried it before.

This cooling mat has been helpful for my husband when he uses it for his neck pain while sleeping. It provides a nice cooling sensation that helps ease his discomfort and makes it easier for him to relax. The biggest downside is that it does not stay cold all night, so he usually gets the most benefit during the first part of the night before it warms up. However, while it is cold, it really does make a noticeable difference and helps support his neck when he needs some extra relief. Overall, it’s a useful product, but I wish the cooling effect lasted longer.

Bought some, they worked great at first, but they started leaking within a month or so.
