I suffer with Carpal Tunnel and my partner is having issues with a compressed Radial Nerve and needs to exercise his fingers. This is simple and effective. Good resistance and it comes with a little pouch that is nice and handy to keep them tidy,

Good Hand Strengthening Set
Bought this as Iโve had tendon issues/injuries and loss of muscle & movement. Bought this and especially the ring and the finger strengthener, it is helping in some way. Glad I bought these. Would recommend for any finger strengthening!

Hand and wrist exercise
Egg and donut easy to use. The finger exerciser not so much. I have OA in my hands and this made the bones in the back of my hand crackle and pop.
