Purchased in November, 2023, was happy till it was working. June 2024 started trouble with the watch, no service centres are available, searched for getting service from Fire-Boltt, with great difficulties found method to contact them & that also no phone or mobile number but complain through website & generate a token number. (I got 2 phone numbers from Amazon transaction details, but they were not in service.) After generating a token number, received an email asking to do certain things to the watch, like clean with alcohole, within 72 hours if not replied then the token will be closed. So responded that the issue is not resolved & gave the details. Next I get an email stating the there is warranty exclusion conditions & those are applied to my watch, It is their discretion to give service or not. Informed them that those conditions do not apply to my watch, still they did not service the watch nor they called, nor they gave address of their service station. The warranty was for one year & it will be over on 23rd November but they refused to give service or replacement. Now writing after patiently waiting for them to respond to my email communications.Amazon Should take note of this & ensure the seller has sufficient service capabilities before allowing them to sell these kind of products.For all the prospective buyers this is a RED sign, beware.

After uses 1 year this is awesome,,, best for looking, battery backup very good,,,,, this give many features ,,, fitness tracking very good,,, sound quality good,,,all performance is very good,,,, calling features give awesome,,,, touch screen smoothly working

I have been using Apple Watch for almost three years and as I gifted it to my grand kid, I have done lot of research not to spend more money but get a reasonably good smart watch’ trust me this Watch surprised me with its features and accuracy as well. I didn’t expect this kind of quality and sharpness with this product.Only thing is continuous heart rate reading is not there and actually it is not required unless one is a known heart patient. Of course stress monitoring also not there. But what is extra with this watch is BP checking and it is very accurate. For this price we should not expect all this, but thank you Amazon and fire bolt. This gladiator plus is a near imitation of latest model from Apple and it looks awesome and very sturdy. Guys just go for it . No other brand in this price category can come closer to this Watch. I took steel strap model and the strap/ chain is of excellent quality. I’m thoroughly satisfied and happy.Small update, continuous heart rate monitoring function is available and it has to be activated in Da Fot app for a maximum period of 30 mins only. Over all it is wonderful smart watch guys
