Just finished putting the chair together this morning so this is my initial review.The chair feels nice and solid with little extra bits but with a little thought, it could be better.The headrest is a nice feature but needs Velcro or something to keep in place from the top not just the sidesLikewise with the backrest, this also needs something to keep it in place. You get comfortable and then as soon as you stand up, it flops down and you need to start again. The back vibration is a nice feature and feels quite powerful.The arm rest has a small tear in it.Overall it’s good but not great.

Received the gaming chair quickly but one of the arm cannot move. Customer service says I can only return the whole chair for replacement but the chair is installed already. It is too hassle to return! So there is no way only replace the parts. I doubt the chair is not have perfect quality so think carefully before you buy. It is a little disappointed.

I really like this chair tbh. Was easy to put together. Instructions and the screws already beeing separate made it so. I really like the leg rest. It reclines back a lot more than I thought it would. Could probably sleep on it if you had to. The vibrating cushion is a nice touch. I use the Velcro that hides the metal on the back of the chair to hold a power bank for the cushion so that I’m not tied to anything with cables. Overall really impressed and well worth the hundred quid!
