Paid for a fresh laptop but got out of warranty laptop with fast battery discharge
What a disappointment. Bought the laptop as new in the mid of August for my child who used it with charger for the first six weeks and when the child used it in school immediately the fast battery discharge was noticed. Then I checked the serial number on HP website and found that the laptop serial number was already used to activate the warranty months before my date of purchase. The purchase is less than two months old and the official HP warranty is already expired. The seller agreed for repair but why should a third party seller agree for repair if the product is under one year HP warranty.

Just as advertised.... Great product. It only would be much better if it comes with the original HP stylus pen as package to avoid buying it separately

Wasn't as on photos, but suited my needs
Besides 64 GB RAM, I needed a USB-C charging laptop, so the photo with many USB-C ports sold this lot to me. It looks like a company didn't have a similar one, and they have sent a laptop with a single USB-C port and an HP power supply. That was a bit disappointing, but my laptop got charged via USB-C using my own power supply, and considering that the CPU is way better, I'm fine.

Not worth the hassle
Their ad shows 2TB but I got 1TB only and they insist otherwise. I will keep it as it works well for what I need even though I literally got cheated.
