I read reviews prior to making this purchase. I have been having so many issues with my skin that I have been trying everything. I have only used this three times but I think that I can already see improvement. My goal is to improve scarring and discoloration. My skin is definitely tighter and brighter. I can recommend this product for a beginner like myself. Great price also!

I’ve used the super expensive roller from r&f and this is the same thing. I just can’t believe how much less expensive it is. I’ve noticed a tremendous difference after weeks of using the roller, and I’m so glad I found this one. It comes packaged in a sterile wrapper and a protective box to keep the integrity of the needles.

Rolling followed up by toning the skin and using either coconut oil or BioOil has helped so much. I had thick deep ridges that were dark purple. I really believe that is the only reason my skin is improving. I tried various scar creams and gels and it’s finally better. I cried when someone commented on the improvement because I was so happy. Thank you!!

I absolutely love this product. It doesn't hurt at all and I noticed immediate results (just got it on March 13, 2018 and used it that night) but will continue using it nightly for better results. I've also purchased a facial massager to tightened my skin. I highly recommend purchasing this item.

Item arrived promptly and well packed. I'm new to the derma-roller game, so of course it will take a while to see any results, but so far so good -- the roller is very easy to use and is comfortable. If anyone is even mildly hesitant because of the "microneedle" thing, don't be -- you can't feel them at all. Maybe at the most a pleasant tingly feeling.

I am a skin snob. I’m 41- and thank goodness my mama taught me to obsess on my skin when I was a child. I moisturize 3x a day with moderately priced cream...and get Botox/peels on average once a year when our budget allows.That said- we are not rich... and I cannot afford a dermatologist visit every three months. SO- this is, hands down, the BEST product I’ve found for the price. I use it, most the time after moisturizing. It pushes the moisturizer/retinal deep into my pores. Which requires me to use less product… And gets a much better affect. I’ve had pore minimization, and it really plumps my skin.I cannot recommend it enough... I have bought one for my mother and all my sisters. And they love theirs!

I love micro-needling therapy a lot. For my skin It perfect solution. Especially in the winter time when skin became dry. I use it with Vitamin C Serum and hyaluronic acid. You know I see the results and so happy with it. I bought another one for my daughter and she also found it perfect. Also what I like it the length of needles I found it paintless and really effective for home use.
