Holy Smokes. This makes the best yogurt ever! Smooth, creamy, light and thick. I use 1 clean steamed glass qrt jar, 4 capsules into 1.75 to 1.85 qtr of grass fed half and half, 2 heaping tbs of pure inulin power to feed to culture. Incubate at 103 degrees for 36hrs. The first batch is watery as expected. I then take the entire qrt jar of yogurt, mix it into 4qts of grass fed half and half, two heaping tbs of inulin per qtr jar, mix extremly well with a hand mixer. Make sure you steam everything for 5 minutes just to make sure you are not indroducing any contimination. Its not necessary but I do it regardless. incubate all 5 qtr for 36hrs at 103 degrees. You will get a thick, creamly yougur that tastes delicious. For lids during incubation and storage I use two layers of plastic wrap and the jar ring. For my incubation I use a home depot clear plastic bid with lid. Drill a 3-4in hole for a sous vide I bought on amazon for $14. I use this set up for tenderizing all forms of meat as well. Tough Meat will melt in your mouth after 72hrs at 130f degrees. The yogurt will last about 30 days in the fridge. It sometimes gets a harden crust that I just tos out

I had really bad constipation even though I took other probiotics and drank lots of water and ate vegetables. I also had an issue with water retention so I would bloat and be puffy every morning and I had a hard time waking up in the morning feeling so bloated and tired and feeling heavy.... This product really changed the way I feel! I saw results after about 4 days. I wake up lighter every day and I go regularly! I even bought my mom and she said it really changed her body too! we both have no water retention issue and I lost 2 inches from my waist from not bloating and going regularly. Please! continue to make this product! My mom and I both really need this.

It’s a bit pricey but I’ve been taking it for about 4-5 months and I have regular bowel movement. There is no taste and of course this isn’t proven but I feel like my stomach is a bit flatter
