the earpads are really comfortable around the ears as theyre more bigger covering more of the ear. I do feel as though it decreases the volume of the headphones though but not a crazy amount. it still makes my headphones look cute.

Very comfortable - more so than the original pads that came with the PortaPro phones, but they do tend to mask the mids/highs somewhat, and reduce the overall volume level as well, which is a shame. However, with the help of a pair of hole punch pliers I have modified mine - one central hole approx 5mm diam, 8 further 5mm holes in a ring around the central one - and the result is a great improvement. Mids/highs now better than with the stock pads and the extra foam makes a better seal against your ear/head which also helps the bass. I may experiment further - I suspect you could probably cut out a 25mm disc from the centre of the pad to get further improvement, but of course both of these mds are a one way trip!

I can now wear the porta-pro's. I wish I'd known about these earlier. They are now so comfortable. It's a must buy if you have the porta-pros.

Unlike what others say, I don't actually think the sound quality is better with these. I think it is slightly different for sure, but not necessarily better.However, they are much much more comfortable than the stock earpads because they are much bigger, the material is way nicer and they come off less easily.The only other thing I would add is they could be a tad cheaper. I paid £10 for one pair (and they seem even pricier these days) which is quite pricey considering the portapros themselves only cost about 20 or 30. If they were £5 for a pair I would definitely buy like 3 or 4 pairs. However for the quality of them you can't really complain *too* much about the price.

Light, comfortable, larger than the supplied pads for the portapro, improves listening experience. Nice colours.

Comfier than the supplied ear pads and it’s nice to have them in orange, gives a more retro look. Overpriced but they do the job

So, these pads are way comfier than the stock ones. Additionally, they did change the sound profile of my Portas, giving them a slightly warmer sound. The soundstage is also much wider compared to stock pads.

La calidad de la esponja es excelente, se pueden colocar sin mayor problema. Son más grandes que las que trae de forma original. Prácticamente no cambia la firma sonora de los audífonos, pero los hace muchísimo más cómodos. Ya pedí otro pack. También se pueden colocar en los KPH 40. Muy satisfecho con ellos.

Super comfy and squishy. Leaks sound less than the original Koss covers too. Muy bien

I didn't realize how cheap the foam pads on my Koss PortaPro headphones were until I removed them and installed the Yaxi earpads. The Yaxi earpads are much thicker, uses a denser foam and just looks and feel higher quality. Installation was fairly simple, but you have to be careful pulling off the old earpads from the spikes that hold them in place as you can easily damage the earpads pulling them off.The Yaxi earpads are so comfortable on ears. I'm not a big fan of on-ear headphones because they hurt my ears after a while, which is why I love my PortaPros as I find they don't hurt my ears as much. With these Yaxi earpads, I almost feel no pressure against my ears. They are pillowy soft and feel so nice. It's a great upgrade for your PortaPros for about $15. As for sound quality, I didn't notice much of a difference and my PortaPros still sounded great. I did a comparison as I have two pairs of PortaPros and couldn't honestly say the Yaxi earpads improved the sound quality over the stock earpads. They also didn't negatively impact the sound quality which significantly improving the comfort and enjoyment of using my PortaPros so for that, the Yaxi earpads are a no brainer that every PortaPro owner should have.
