Does the job for an OK price
I had a holiday spoilt, to some degree at least, by the onset of severe heel pain. I could barely walk. The issue was carrying a fairly heavy camera bag on the one side for 3-4 days. It was too much and my heel area suffered. I wish I'd have had a pair of these pads at the time. They are confortable and easy to fit. They also stay in place and are easily hidden. I don't think I'll be wearing them all the time, but will add them to my standard holiday packing list as a just in case. No point being stuck in a room due to pain when a pair of these could just be enough to prevent it or as a help.

Provides some pain relief.
My hubby has developed pain in his feet while walking but refuses to seek medical help. I've got him different types of aid to hopefully help and from all the different insoles and socks these are the ones that have provided the most relief.They haven't performed miracles but they offered some relief so while may not have proved to be perfect for his needs they are the best from they have performed the best out of the ones he has.He's a size 9 and these are adjustable, and while they look to be quite big they fit surprisingly well under his socks.Hopefully these will be made to cope with constant wash cycles but only time will tell.
