How can i write the seller?

Extensive info available on their website - good luck ...

Does anyone know what replacement light bulb I need to buy for this lamp? So far, after 3 different tries, I still haven't found one that will work?

On any Touch-On Lamp, You can only use Incandescent Bulbs Only. No CFL or LED Bulbs allowed. Once you use any energy saving bulb, this will make the lamp stopped working within less than a day. You will only use a 40 Watt Type A Torpedo Shape Incandescent Bulbs. If the Lamp still does not light up, the Touch-on Sensor Mechanism burned down already which is located inside the Table Lamp Base of the lamp. If need replacement, you will need to forward us your Amazon Online Receipt to show proof of purchase to our e-mail: sales@oreintl.com and confirm shipping address to us. We only sell to Amazon.com and Amazon Fulfillments Only. Other Sellers, you will need to reach out to Amazon to get their e-mail for replacement. Keep in mind, Touch-On Lamps are innovative and practical to use. But once in a while, the Touch-On Sensor do burned down. But the Lamp is not a total loss, It can be replace with a new Touch-On Sensor then your lamp will come back new again. Maintenance: Do not plug any Touch-0n Lamps to a multi-plug connectors. This Lamps need to be plug directly to your wall socket.

This lamp stopped working after 6 months. How do I get a replacement?

My guess would be to scroll down to the specs and you might find the manufacturer listed there.
