The product is a genuine Bosch product. There was a mix up and I originally received the wrong item but Ken , the seller, sorted it out immediately after a phone call and the correct item was dispatched. I was really impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the seller to rectify their mistake.

Had the fridgefreezer KGV33NW20G for about 8 years and noticed the shelf wasn't sitting level, the left side had dropped, on inspection a bit of plastic had broken off, eventually the shelf fell off, hit the floor and cracked. I ordered this replacement and it fits perfectly, looks genuine, as I think it would be hard to replicate it. After inspecting the broken original it is pretty flimsy so I will only be putting milk and orange juice on the new one from now on. Ordered on the 3rd and arrived midday the 10th. Thanks

Pieza original con logotipo de la marca. Ajusta perfectamente. Tenía miedo de que hubiera alguna grieta o rotura de origen como me pasó con otra que pedí de otro proveedor, pero esta ha llegado intacta.

Commandé en remplacement du bac à bouteilles cassé de mon frigo Bosch. Il correspond exactement aux dimensions de celui d'origine. Quelques détails esthétiques sont différents (parties blanches absentes, voir photo) mais ce n'est pas gênant pour moi. Reçu le surlendemain (au lieu du lendemain) relativement bien emballé. Le prix me semble un peu cher pour un simple morceau de plastique.
