Did nothing!
I was so disappointed in this product. I didn't have the time to wait for the dry stuff to work, so i paid this crazy amount of money for the convenience. I only have a 5500 gallon pool and this did nothing. What a waste!!Update: Company reached out and gave me a refund. Changing from 1 to 4 stars! A company that stands by its product are few and far between these days. That to me means as much as the product itself.

Does what it should but costs much more than dry CYA
This was my first time trying liquid stabilizer. I usually use the dry stuff and it is a bit of a pain because it is very slow to dissolve. This is sold as a liquid but seems more like a suspended powder because you have to pour and refill the bottle several times to get it to come out and even then I had some settle to the bottom of the pool. There goes the convenience of liquid over dry...It does do what it says but the price is very high compared to dry also. By my mental math this bottle contains about 3 lbs equivalent of dry CYA and the jug is currently $69. Dry CYA you can get 20 pounds for $58 currently. Also, since this is a powder suspended in a liquid you have to use the whole jug all at once or else you have no idea how much you added due to settling. Since I have a saltwater pool I have to occasionally add a pound or two. This ends up being less convenient. All in all the product does what is advertised, but it did not make me a liquid CYA convert. I will be sticking to the dry stuff.

Cyanuric acid, good
Good pool chlorine stabilizer. It’s cyanuric acid, like all other pool chlorine stabilizers (aka conditioners). It’s 25% CYA, which is a little less concentrated than the one from Natural Chemistry/Leslie’s Pool (which is 30%). Looks and works the same, which is great. Prices change so you should look for yourself before you buy, as of the time of this review there’s a large mismatch.Directions say to pour into a jet output but I pour into the filter intake personally. Clears faster since the filter does the work, but both options are good. This stabilizes chlorine so that it isn’t broken down as easily by sunlight. But also the bound chlorine is not active to kill stuff, so this acts as a reservoir to replenish the active unbound chlorine 24/7 as it gets used up by sunlight and by killing stuff. Which is why you want a certain amount of CYA in your pool, don’t overdose it. Who ever wrote the ad copy that it prevents evaporation is wrong and probably has never seen a pool before.

Preserves pool chemicals and enhances water quality.
The temperature in the south can exceed 100 degrees in the summer, and water can quickly evaporate from the pool, including pool chemicals. The stabilizer and conditioner come out of the bottle with a milky appearance and must be shaken well before pouring. Otherwise, it will stick to the bottom of the container. It works as expected to enhance pool water quality. However, it is pricey for pool water enhancement.
