Unfortunately, I had to purchase several docking stations because of poor design, lousy functionality, or stopped working after a few months; this is the first docking station that is plug and play, no driver downloading, and USB ports that do not operate as stated, or hours spent trying to figure out how to get it to work. It is the perfect size and weight and oh so easy to use. I highly recommend purchasing this docking station.

I plugged in a flash drive and it won't mount unless plugged directly into my Mac. Wish I'd known before the 30 days were up. This is garbage.

I have used a docking station for about 15 years, and it is necessary if you use a laptop and work at home, this has been one of those docking stations that has surprised me the most, due to the option of being able to install an SSD.Easy to install, and with enough port options, I have tested it with two 29-inch monitors without major problems (of course with Windows 11 OS) but I have seriously thought about switching to Mac OS and that is why I have purchased this docking to be able to use the SSD option and expand the hard drive of the MAC Mini.The installation of the SSD in the M2 port is quite easy and accessible, you can install small or standard size SSDs and Windows recognizes it very well without major problems, the data transfer is very good and fast, in addition to charging the laptop's battery quite a lot fast.It is a complete docking station solution either to back up your data on your laptop or to expand the disk space of the laptop.One of the best docking stations I've had for many years, the price is really quite good for the functions it has, highly recommended!!!
