CKeep Kinesiology Tape, Original Cotton Elastic Precut Strips 4 Rolls,Beige

this is the second 4 roll box of KT type tape I have purchased on Amazon and I am thoroughly satisfied. the last box, i bought from a different seller/brand. The quality is effective for its intended application. I just tried it today and i found it easy to apply, even on slightly oily skin from skin lotion I applied earlier and it sticks well from end to end. it is lightweight though effective and using some online videos of how to apply it for my injury, I found almost immediate relief from pain. The color is nice and neutral, the strips are perfect size for long strips or cutting in half for smaller strips. I found it not too difficult to remove later in the day. It also held up through 20 min of a hot jacuzzie and shower, without any peeling.

The pre shaped and trimmed pieces are very convenient. These stick very well without irritating my skin, which is highly sensitive. I trialed other tapes and ended up with a red rash for 1-2 weeks. So far the tape has lasted ~3 days without peeling, and then I removed it for an event. This really helps with my posture during the day and during exercises when placed on my scapular and trap areas.

I have been using Kinesiology tape for some time now. I have never purchased the brand name, only off brands. The ones I have purchased before have never had very good adhesion & that is the reason I purchased this brand. I like the nude color so it’s not obvious that I am wearing it. It is easy to put on & I like that the package included instructions for different parts of the body & how to place it. It is comfortable as I don’t even notice I have it on. It’s not thick & I don’t want a thick tape on. I just put this on so I cannot speak to longevity yet but I think it’s a good quality tape. Update: This tape works WONDERFULLY! It has super adhesion so do not put it in places where you have sensitive or thin skin! I use it a lot on my knees & it stays on a lot better than generic brands I have used before & it really helps! I have not had an issue with any residue left on my skin & I have left it on for over a week at a time! This is a must purchase if you are looking for Kinesiology Tape!

My review is specificly for transmen looking to bind with this product, if youre using it for its actual use my depicted version is not for you. Good for small chest sizes. For bigger chests, no. For example my chest pre top surgery i was about a tripple D and my boyfriend is like a B. Binding tape, unfortunately, usually doesnt really work for us bigger trans guys, if you wanna try it out yourself, get bigger/wider tape. Now for you smaller dudes, this works great, when my boyfriend puts it on it stays on for about 2-3days and holds up fine in water for about an hour and a half. If your skin is sensitive, binding via tape is not for you at all, you will rash bad. This type of tape is made to pull your skin regradless of use so especially with binding you cannot avoid the irritation or itchiness, if it hurts while wearing TAKE IT OFF. If you use coconut oil while removing it hurts less and helps dress the wounds/blisters they will unfortunately leave behind.

I have used a similar item before that is no longer available so I wanted to try this one after looking at many different items and reviews. This one is very strong. I wanted it because it was waterproof which seems to be true For me, this was great And did the job to help support my knee. That being said it is super Duper strong I have more sensitive skin so it did irritate because I left it on for a couple days. So if you have extremely sensitive skin, you might need to remove it and clean the skin. It can be hard to take off just because it is super strong. This would be really good for people who or maybe athletes or more active and needs something that is extremely strong. I will still use what I have. I may not order again because it may be too strong for my sensitive skin. It did cause me some irritation, but I don’t think it is any fault of the product it works as described and did a really great job for supporting where I needed it. It was a good value for the price as well, so I was still recommend it. It did last for quite some time so if you needed to leave it on, it will stay with you. I ordered black and I do like the color as well. It was also easy for me to cut and put different size strips if I needed.

Good product the adhesive is quite sticky but that's what I like about this product, no worries about it coming off, it leaves little residue but you can wash it off with hot water.

The tape works well. It definitely helped my knee and made it easier for me to walk BUT I have sensitive skin and wore it for less than 12 hours and my skin is welted and red under the edges of the tape. So as long as you don’t have super sensitive skin like I do, you should be fine and this is a more affordable version of the name brand. I’m going to attempt to wear it again because apparently I enjoy punishing myself and I don’t want to waste money 😭
