Perfect amount of heat
I used these peppers to use in canning Spicy Garlic Dill Pickles. I was unsure of the amount of heat as I couldn't find the scoville units for this type of pepper. I was sure they were either going to be too hot or not enough. I used 2 in each 16oz jar of pickles and was pleasingly surprised at the perfect amount of heat. I love spicy food and these are just spicy enough without taking away from the flavor. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic Sicilian Red Pepperoncini
I am alergic to cayenne pepper and did you know that almost all Red Pepper Flakes are 99% cayenne peppers? So now that I found this out, I also learned that in Italy they use Red Pepperoncini to make their Red Pepper Flakes. So I ordered these and they are delicious. They're spicy and fragrant and I crushed them up to make flakes and now I can add to so many things and have no allergic reacion. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THESE WONDERFUL DRIED PEPPERS AVAILABLE!

What a real pepper tastes like!
These peppers have deep rich flavor with a medium-to-strong kick and nice sweet note. Such a difference between these and the lifeless peppers you get in the spice rack at grocery store. Plus they're organic which is a must for me. I was impressed with these peppers, they add so much flavor to my dishes. These peppers are for flavor lovers. I'm almost embarrassed to say, but I started cutting maybe 1/5th of a pepper and adding it to my french press in the morning with my coffee and it gives my coffee a nice flavor with the tiniest hint of heat that I really enjoy.

The chills are good but the seeds were falling out the bottom of the bag they came. I ended up with a big mess.
