Best energy drink I've tried, and I've tried almost every kind. It feels like totally natural energy and puts me in a better mood. There's no crash, at all. Yes, there is a bit of a bitter, vitamin taste to them, but it's expected with it's ingredients. The flavors themselves taste great. Just some vitamin like aftertaste. I love that it's all natural, even the color. Great amount for money, too. I recommend to everyone I know.

Read some others complaining about getting multiples of the same flavor, but I got a pretty good variety with the one I received, with only a couple of flavors having a duplicate included (Grape and Watermelon Raspberry, I think). The first flavor I tried was IMMEDIATELY a hit with me and is still my favorite ... but, alas, it's the one flavor that is no longer available because it was a limited run (Bubblegum). The other flavors were all pretty good ... with one glaring exception: RHUBARB. OMG, YUCK! The way that pouch was labeled and with the light-colored print on shiny paper, I didn't really look at it that close before I dumped it into my shaker bottle, added water, shook it up, and took a sip ... and almost barfed. For a second, I thought the stuff was expired and rotten or something, it tasted so utterly vile, and I immediately dumped it out into the sink. Beyond that one exception (thankfully, there was only one of those in this sample pack), the rest were all good to go.It doesn't mix up/dissolve as completely as one or two other brands, but the slow-burn charge you get from this stuff is outstanding. The mental clarity and lack of fatigue I get after taking just one of these in the morning (well, technically the evening, since I work nights, hence the need for caffeine) is downright AMAZING. My brain actually just WORKS and the "old guy brain fog" I usually have is absolutely GONE. And the caffeine doesn't hit you in a sudden jolt and make you all jittery or tweaked out, nor does it abruptly drop off and leave you almost nodding off and looking for another caffeine jolt. It just settles in, lets your brain work right proper, and verrrrrry gradually tapers off over the course of the night. Only downside is it actually works almost a little TOO well, as far as keeping me awake: I found that if I drink this stuff after my shift begins rather than when I'm at home before I even leave for work, I'm still so wide awake when I get home that I legitimately have a hard time getting to sleep after I'm home again - not tweaked out, but definitely not ready to sleep. Aside from having to time it so I take it early in the day, though, this stuff is AWESOME. Only a little bit of aftertaste to most of the flavors, too, and not nearly as bad as some other brands I've tried.Only knocking off one star, solely because that one rhubarb flavor was just absolutely vile, but everything else about it was good to go. Well ... aside from the fact I can't get any more of the bubblegum flavor, which is a huge bummer...

I knew this was a random assortment but didn't take into account that you could get up to 3 duplicates of a flavor and also may receive less appealing flavors that aren't on the list like Caramel or Vanilla.More importantly 4 of the packets were hydrate flavors which I find to be misleading because the product descriptions states "Caffeine Content: 150 milligrams" I have no problem with the idea behind the "hydrate" product line but I feel it is important to disclose that some of the packets will NOT actually have caffeine in them. I don't know about anyone else but I am willing to pay a lot less for flavored water vs. caffeine. So if it had been disclosed "may contain non-caffeinated varieties" I probably would not have bought this given I was looking for caffeinated beverages that I could drink in the morning. The hydrate varieties are not just different "flavors," but rather an entirely different product.Although I have a problem with "Hydrate" snafu I did like some of the other flavors that were included.Full list1 Stealth - tried this and did not like it. It is overly sweet and a little sour with some aftertaste of some thing (lemon ice tea? green apple?) would not drink again.1 Breakfast Orange - good taste exactly like orange juice2 Raspberry Lemonade - good tastes how I expected2 Blue Raspberry - good tastes how I expected, sort of a sweet/tart blue raspberry although there is definitely some sort of vitamin-y taste in there3 Strawberry Watermelon - haven't tried yet2 Rocket Punch HYDRATE - I do like the flavor, its exactly like those red, white & blue popsicles, sort of a mix of lemon, cherry and blue raspberry. I just have an issue with the fact that they sent non caffeinated variety. I do not have proof because I drank one by accident and then one on purpose...2 Cherry Bomb HYDRATE - proof is in the pictures. haven't tried yet but it smells weird1 Caramel Latte - will not be trying1 Vanilla - will not be trying

After having various competing brands, this one has an artificial flavor in its aftertaste. Other brands do it better.
