Worked right out of the box.

This is the second time that I have ordered this product from this vendor (my dog keeps confusing the remote for a chew toy, so I always keep a spare on hand). They work well and are as advertised. The seller was very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend the product and the seller.

This remote just worked out of the box. Already charged in the box, and have not had any issues with it at all. Remotes are mis-used all the time, and my original one was dropped, stepped on, thrown across the room, and I am surprised it lasted 2 years. The only reason I got a new one is because the front plastic cover came off, and the wear and tear and abuse finally got to it. These are made with great quality, so that is why I ordered another Samsung branded remote. The solar has saved the headache of replacing batteries, and only had to charge by USB once, and that was because we didn't leave it face down to allow the panel to get light. Will definitely buy again.

These were easy to sync with the existing TV, works very well, and I like the cover that it comes with. I would recommend these and be willing to buy more.

This remote control worked for only 2 months before the back button on the large dial stopped operating. Amazon stated the remote was out of warranty and suggested I contact Samsung. After trying to understand the customer service agent at Samsung, they informed me that I'm just out of luck (A little more politely but the same message). My only option was to purchase yet another remote. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS REMOTE...instead I purchased a Vtinvan Universal Remote Replacement for $13.00 instead of $53.00 and so far it works great.

This is the genuine article. The remote even comes with a case.. ( which my original Samsung remote did not. ) Works flawlessly after a short charge. Only complaint is it took a month to arrive. Would definitely recommend this solar recharging remote.

A legitimate samsung remote. We had our original remote get damaged so got a replacement before it breaks completely. The solar charging is great, 2 years in and we've never plugged it in. Just remember to stick it out in the sun and it keeps a good charge.

Very happy with this remote control. Love that it’s charged by solar power. It’s responsive, not like other generic products were you have to keep pressing the same key over and over before it actually works. This one is worth the extra money.
