Toke us 2 attempts at this. We were not able to squeeze enough blood the first time. So I am very glad in came in a 2 pack. I choose not to use the dropper. I squeezed his blood on his finger until a droplet fell on the test. Set the alarm and waited for the results. Easy to use

**Disappointing accuracy — failed to detect known positive case** I purchased these tests to screen our household after my wife was diagnosed with **confirmed H. pylori infection by both gastric biopsy and urea breath test**. Unfortunately, the test was negative for everyone — including my wife, who is unequivocally positive. That means this product produced a clear **false negative** in a known positive patient, which raises serious concerns about its sensitivity and usefulness as a screening tool. I understand no test is perfect, but a screening test that misses a confirmed case is hard to trust. Consumers should know this appears to be an **antibody test**, which is already less useful for detecting active infection compared with stool antigen or urea breath testing. Based on our experience, I would **not rely on this product to rule out H. pylori infection**, especially if symptoms or confirmed exposure are present. I would recommend discussing more reliable testing (stool antigen or urea breath test) with a physician instead.

I dont feel rapid tests are accurate. I had to use both pricks and still not sure i got enough of 2 drops. Test was negative

I have had H. Pylori in the past, about 15 years ago. I took a round of antibiotics and it was gone. Thought I would check again to see if it came back or wasn't totally taken care of the first time. This test said I was negative which I mostly expected I was. Of course I have to trust the test because I have no way to verify it. The test itself is pretty good, not perfect. It uses a blood sample and drops of included liquid. the test includes all the equipment necessary for two tests. you are supposed to use the lancet device and after you produce a blood drop on your finger, you can suck it up with the pipette and place two drops in the test. then suck up some included liquid and put 4 drops on the test. The issue is once you suck up the blood its too small of an amount for the pipette. it basically sprayed it all over the test. I eventually got what I assumed was 2 drops of blood on the test but it wasn't obvious. I also had the same problem with the liquid, it was supposed to be 4 drops but it didn't really come out in drops. Just had to guess what 4 drops would look like.

Terrible. Absolutely do not order this unless you are an MD. The instructions are completely lacking any clarity, nothing is labeled. I would give this zero stars if I could. Total rip off!
