WHY MIGHT A SOLAR WATER FEATURE NOT WORK?

There are two main reasons for a solar fountain not working properly. Firstly, it might not be getting enough sunlight, in this case, should be moved to a sunnier spot. Secondly, the pump might need a clean due to a build-up of sediment in the water.

HOW TO CLEAN THE WATER PUMP?

Firstly, remove the pump. Secondly, remove the front cover. Thirdly, clean the filter sponge and rotor. Besides, please clean the filter sponge and rotor regularly.
